Shipping costs vary depending on domestic or international locations, unexpected carrier delays and products. Typically, customers can expect shipping to take anywhere from 5-10 business days, following order processing.

Merch & Apparel

Merch and apparel are sold and shipped separately from our manufacturer. For all shipping and return inquiries regarding wearable merch and apparel, please contact Tee Spring directly. This includes t-shirts, hats and hoodies. All refunds and exchanges will be handled by Tee Spring.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health and safety precautions, all pre-rolled cones are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time. All other items may be returned or exchanged as long as they are returned within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to assist us in processing your return in a timely manner, please fill out the return form. Playing cards must be returned in the original box. All other items must be returned unused and unworn to receive a full refund or exchange. For our policy on wearable merch and apparel, please refer to the "Merch & Apparel" section above.
